Join us for a new class format starting Friday, March 27!
Our candlelight class will be a great way to find a new awareness of breath, stillness and focus in your practice. For this class the room is lit by candlelight and we move through the Bikram Yoga series to soft background music without instructions from the teacher. The teacher will practice side by side with the students and provide minimal queues on timing only.
This class is an opportunity to turn 100% of your attention inwards, listen to your breath and experience a more meditative practice in the way yoga is traditionally practiced. The candlelight class will help you reliably achieve stillness. Familiarity with the Bikram Yoga sequence is highly recommended.
