Our silent class is a great way to find a new awareness of breath, stillness and focus in your practice. For this class the lights in the room are dimmed and we move through the Bikram Yoga series to soft background music without instructions from the teacher. The teacher is practicing side by side with the students and provides minimal queues on the sequence of the poses and their timing only.
This class is an opportunity to turn 100% of your attention inwards, listen to your breath and experience a more meditative practice in the way yoga is traditionally practiced. The silent class will help you reliably achieve stillness.
Silent classes are every Monday @ 6pm. Familiarity with the Bikram Yoga sequence is required.
