Hot HIIT

A new class format is coming to Bikram Yoga Kapolei!

Hot HIIT is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), interval training, muscle toning, and cardio in a room heated to approximately 90 degrees. This practice promotes long, lean mus­cle mass while burning fat, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity.

Space

High intensity interval training (HIIT) burns a maximum amount of fat and calories during class. HIIT also creates the after effect, during which your body is still working after class, burning calories and fat. Hot HIIT is per­formed on a yoga mat. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and mus­cles from the pound­ing of other exer­cises like run­ning and jumping.

Space

It is a full body workout paired with upbeat music. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together. Consistent practice will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.
