“I’m a mother of 2 with a full time job and a part time cake business. I had a gym membership but found it too easy for me to skip my work outs. I needed massages every two weeks because of constant knots in my shoulders from hunching over while decorating cakes every week. “I wanted to share my story on how Bikram Yoga helped me to get healthy at age 56!  I started attending about 10 weeks ago at the encouragement of my wife and son.  I honestly wasn’t to enthused to do yoga.  However, I can’t argue with the results.  I have lost over 35 pounds and have regained some of the flexibility I had in my 20s when I was practicing martial arts.  I am a long way from mastering the poses, however I continue to benefit with each class.  My goal is to regain all of my flexibility and return to martial arts.  I plan to do Bikram Yoga for the rest of my life.  I truly believe Bikram Yoga  will greatly improve my quality of life during my senior years and help me to remain active.
